This 45 Minute Session is designed to bring you closer to nature through guided mediations, light work, and healing sound frequencies. Our goal in this session is to help you ground yourself in nature so your body, mind, and soul can heal.

Please bring blankets and pillows as we will be laying in the grass. Some will be provided but there is not enough for the whole group; first come first serve.

 It is also very recommended to wear comfortable cloths.   

 In cases of bad weather, you will be notified by email on the day of no later than 3 pm  if canceled with a request  to reschedule.

If you do not wish to reschedule and you paid IN FULL, you will be refunded the cost back to the original payment form, minus the deposit.
