Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

SHIPPING:
 

All online orders will ship via USPS GROUND. Please allow up to 3 business days from time of order Monday - Thursday for orders to be processed and shipped.  We do not ship on the weekends. No RUSH processing or SHIPPING at this time. Please note we only ship within the continental US and offer local delivery for a fee at $1.50.

SHIPPING RATES:

All shipping rates are calculated (USPS) by weight and dimensions of the product(s). Total shipping will be calculated at checkout. All items are shipped without signature confirmation. We are NOT at fault if a package that is confirmed delivered by USPS - the shipping organization doesn't arrive at the specified location, or is unable to be located. We will help in any way possible in locating the package, however no refunds will be issued and no replacement items will be shipped.

If you have had prior issues with packages being stolen or for non-delivery or a history of such at said shipping location, we request that the customer include specific delivery details (i.e. leave at back door, or next to garage) at checkout or may consider shipping to a different address.

Local Delivery: 

There is a $1.50 fee for local delivery in the Oshkosh WI area only. Out side of Oshkosh defaults to shipping rates above.
 

Return/Exchange & Refund- ONLINE:
 

We have a 14-Day return period from time of receipt via email request sent to willowtreecrystal@gmail.com. Product(s) must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with original sales tags or pricing stickers attached. Returns must be accompanied by the sales receipt. We will not except any returns without proof of purchase. We do not accept return for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable product, personalized products, and botanical items or item makes as "non-returnable". Please note a return for a refund or a product exchange is handled as a request and is not guaranteed and a email with further inductions will be emailed to you. If a return for refund is approved, we will refund back the amount for the product(s) only - shipping cost incurred is nonrefundable- back to the original payment method on the order. 

In addition, shipping cost associated with returning a product and/or exchange back to us is the sole responsibility of the consumer, not Willow Tree Crystal's & More, LLC.

POP-UP Locations:

We do not accent any return for refunds at any of our pop-up locations, all sales are final.

Insurance:

We consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the item(s), and will not cover the loss should the package not arrive at our facility.
