Return/Exchange & Refund- ONLINE:
 

We have a 14-Day return period from time of receipt via email request sent to willowtreecrystal@gamil.com. Returns must be accompanied by copy of sales receipt. We will not except any returns without proof of purchase. We do not accept return for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable product, personalized products, and botanical items or item makes as "non-returnable / nonrefundable". Please note a return for a refund or a product exchange is handled as a request and is not guaranteed and a email with further inductions will be emailed to you. If a return for refund is approved, we will refund back the amount for the product(s) only - shipping cost incurred is nonrefundable- back to the original payment method on the order. 

In addition, shipping cost associated with returning a product and/or exchange back to us is the sole responsibility of the consumer, not Willow Tree Crystal's & More, LLC.

POP-UP Locations:

We do not accent any return for refunds at any of our pop-up locations, all sales are final.
